Provided by YPmobileThis store is full of stuck-up folks who are all related....they have "hoity-toity" attitudes, and the price you pay certainly DOES NOT reflect the quality of the product. I feel they ripped me off, and have no remorse. Sorry I wasted my time and money in that God-awful store. Well, never again!
We are a family business, and have been since 1970. Our prices are more than comparable to other jewelry stores, and we carry many of the same jewelry lines as other stores. You were not ripped off, as your micro pave side diamond would be replaced at no charge to you, however you have declined such service. That is your choice, as it is your choice to attempt to slander our business. Just remember, you were offered the opportunity to have your ring repaired free of charge, and were also offered 100% trade in value if you wished to trade the setting back in.

Provided by YPmobileBought a $2000 wedding ring from here in April of 2011. Diamond fell out 6 months later in October. Took them a week to fix it, only to have it happen again two months later in December of 2011. They will not refund my money, told me that with the setting I chose, "it just happens". Why would you even sell such a setting then??!! THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!!!! Now I know why....
Customer was told that the small side diamond would be replaced at no charge. All of the diamonds are secure when the ring is returned to the customer. It is unfortunate that this ring was damaged and one of the micro pave diamonds came out, however the diamond would have been replaced at no charge and all of the other diamonds would have been checked and secured if necessary. Customer refused. An offer was also made to the customer to exchange the mounting to a more durable setting, with 100% credit for the purchase price. Again, customer refused. As for not being BBB accredited, we choose to not pay the BBB for their services.
