If you have to deal with Christopher Budny and his supervisor Cynthia Nolan I would recommend you immediately request to switch workers. Chris has failed to return my phone calls on many different times and Cynthia Nolan is the WORST supervisor in all of the state of Michigan. She is very rude and unprofessional. You would think that someone that claims to be working for the state for over 20 some years would have a professional voice mail when you call in but that just goes to show how much she cares about her job when her voice mail sounds like a 5 year old recorded it. Be prepared to be hung up on numerous times by her because she is so rude she will not take the time to understand what you are trying to say. Cynthia Nolan is should be fired or retire she's obviously to old to be working.
