Cooper has the WORST customer service. I bought a vehicle from them, and have so many problems. On two separate occasions when I called the service department, the woman treated me as if I was an child that was asking a question that had an obvious answer. She was very short with her answers and very rude. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A GMC SIERRA THE SALESPERSON WAS OF GREAT HELP AND THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS . THIS IS WHY MY ENTIRE FAMILY HAS DEALT WITH THIS LOCAL BUSINESS THROUGH THE YEARS.
Againt my better judgement I purchased a 2010 Buick LaCrosse fromt his dealership. Nearly two weeks later they are calling me telling me to bring $75 because they made a mistake on my trade in payoff. When I said no..the finance manager implied that he would not order my license plates if I didn't bring it in. I have never see a dealership say thank you in this way. I just spent 40K on a vehicle and this is how you say thank you. Well all decals, stickers, and anything else have been removed from my car and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone short of Jesus himself telling me to do so.
