AT&T and AT&T Uverse have been the worst customer service experience of my life. All began with agreement to switch to Uverse and install date of Sep 4th. Tech arrived, completed install then shortly thereafter, called back to say install failed, I wouldn't be able to have Uverse and I needed to be switched back to my original AT&T DSL service (Tech added this would be a quick fix). I called AT&T everyday for nearly 2 weeks (with numerous transfers back and forth between Uverse and DSL and apologies, including one call being over 3 hours), but no resolution Finally on 9/17 a tech arrived, restored phone, but not internet. No phone home phone from 9/4 to 9/17 and still no internet as of 9/23. Many apologies, but no service or sense of urgency from them. Probably because there is very little competition in the area. I'm forced to keep the phone, but I'll drop the internet as soon as I find a half way decent replacement. I had only been a customer for the last 10 years or so.
