Established in 1986, Partnerships in Community Living is a nonprofit organization that provides residential care and support services for individuals of all ages. It offers support solutions for individuals with mental disabilit ies. The organization additionally provides employment training, education, family counseling, abuse reporting, evaluation, job development, skill assessment, nursing care and consulting services. It also offers supervision, transportation, maintenance, and physical, occupational and speech therapy solutions. In addition, the organization provides health care services, including treatment management, risk tracking, health assessment and medication. It has a staff of skilled and certified nurses, physical therapists, language pathologists and service coordinators. Partnerships in Community Living is located in Monmouth, Ore.
