Kris Olson stands behind his work. We had problems with our new central air conditioning system which was due to a Manufacturer's defect. Barclay and Kris returned numerous times and recharged my system at no cost to me until he was able to locate the leak. Then, he replaced the entire unit, when he could have only replaced the defective part! I would recommend him very highly!

I've used Olson's for both AC and furnace issues. They have always been prompt, efficient, and honest. My loyalty to this company is based on my first experience... Expecting to have to a major expense when my AC stopped working, Olson's came out and discovered my problem was just a "short" in a motor wire. Olson's fixed the "short", charged me only for fixing the "short" and saved me hundreds by not charging me for unnecessary parts or labor. An honest company to deal with... Something rare in this day and age.

Thank you Olson's! My wife and I needed our A/C unit and furnace replaced. The crew arrived on time. They were very polite and got right to work. They were happy to answer any questions I had. I live in a 3rd floor condo. The catch is our condensor is on the roof. A contractor at our development said they would work will Olson's so they could use the crane. I felt good knowing that other contractors have worked and trusted Olson's. They worked the entire day in close to 90 degree heat and humidity, not to mention my condo did not have air for 2 weeks and was close to the same temp. outside. There were no complaints, just hard work. I appreciate the work they did and so far everything is working great. I recommend Olson's for your heating or air needs.
