thought i write to all i just went to milano cleaners earlier this week and the girl that waited on me was not so nice and i had the 25% to use, she did not see the coupon in my hand and told me sorry but i could not change the ticket the boss had to and he was not there, I'm not so pleased that i did not get to use the coupon. i think she was blonde and quite rude to say i could not use it. sorry but you lost anther customer.

As a 10 year customer. I recently brought in my father's suit for hemming. He had to go back 4 times and it still was not done properly. Their response -- He has one leg shorter than the other". My Dad is 86 years old, so I need not explain that he has had many suits hemmed without a comment such as thatI told them that finally the height of the hem was correct, but you could see the thread and it puckered around the hem and that we needed the suit by this Friday as we have a wedding. Their response was, sorry not happening as we have Prom dresses to deal with. I told them that wasn't my problem, it needs to be done,they said no,wear the suit and bring it back.I said, no as you can see the thread! The attitude was horrific so I told them I will no longer use them after 10 years! the guy's response was "That's ok, I'll just get 10 more customers". I highly recommend that you do not use Milano Cleaners & this is coming from a long time customer. Find a cleaners that values your business.
