The most expensive food in town (and their food is fast food quality) Also, they're serving up the most expensive drinks/beers around the area. No wonder there was only 3 tables seated during our visit & an empty bar. This whole place will be empty in no time, because it isn't going to last & apparently they've ran off all their locals...I can certainly see why. And, after reading reviews on this site & others, We aren't the only customers who had a bad experience here. Honestly, the place is laughable.

My son & my 71 year old mother both got severe food poisoning, after eating here, from cheese steak subs. They each thought the meat tasted "funny" but dismissed it as perhaps being a seasoning added during cooking. We won't take anymore chances, in consuming any food from Jakes again...cause there'll be no return trip. This place isn't even deserving of the one star I checked...but, zero stars wasn't an option.

Avoid ordering the nachos!! Instead of ground beef, there's a spicy hot & disgusting gross pulled pork that overpowers the whole dish. My wife asked if we could order some more with ground beef instead & the manager said it wasn't possible...which made absolutely no sense, considering that ground beef is available as a topping to order on a pizza here. Do yourself a favor & just avoid this place altogether. These folks aren't accommodating at all!

LOL at the previous post about the bartender!! My friends & I got a good laugh about this girl when we stopped in this Summer as well. She was dressed in skimpy shorts during our visit too & she sure thinks she's much cuter than she actually is. In reality, she looks like a 12 year old & those cankles she's got definitely indicate that she'll be an obese bartender in the next couple years. It's inevitable Lana!!

Stopped in at the end of Summer, on our way back to our home state of South Carolina. Were equally shocked & disgusted by the bartender, Alannah's appearance. Her shorts were about 3 sizes too small for her & her hair looked like it was long overdue for a good washing. What a joke...
