Do not use this company!!! They are the most incompetent people from the salesman to the office manager to the regional sales manager. Nothing but problems with our home and still have to fight tooth-and-nail without succedss. I urge and beseech that if you find a home there you like to seek out another dealer of the manufacturer and use them.

I agree with Jimmy's review. Talked a great game, very nice people however their follow through and, quite honestly, truthfulness is very disheartening. While they did go out of their way to help us commit to purchase a home, when all was said and done, we could have had the same house, same features for about $8000 cheaper. I would avoid Kings and look elsewhere with much research.

My wife and I visited a year ago because we had planned on either moving to Charleston or Hilton Head and away from the cold and snow of Minnesota. We had visited 3 other model home sales offices before but were blown away by the models that King's had on display. We just couldn't believe that these were mobile homes...they were WAY nicer than our site built home. We decided to purchase a Champion model, and King's handled everything for us while we were still in Minnesota and had our home ready for occupancy when we finally arrived in SC to stay for good. I couldn't be more pleased. Moving and buying a home is very stressful, but King's made it far less so than I thought it was going to be. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Do yourself a favor...make sure you see them before you decide to buy anywhere else...you won't be disappointed.

Everyone at King's Mobile Homes went above and beyond to be helpful, and courteous. They answered my questions about getting pre-qualified for a home loan, how to gather all the loan documents for a successful closing, and explained many technical details about the structure & quality of their homes. The homes are very beautiful with many upgraded features like Energy Star appliances, porcelain sinks, and quality finishing like sheetrock walls and crown-molding. At King's, the model homes on their lot are of high quality and tastefully decorated. The difference between King's Homes and other dealers I've visited is, they didn't just toss me a set of keys and send me off to look, they pointed out the many unique features in their homes like a guided tour! I wouldn't have noticed the whole home ventilation switch on my own. That's a pretty cool feature! Their new homes come with "The King's Way Package" of upgrades! Make sure to ask. I highly recommend King's Homes to anyone.

I went with my mom to help her with the purchase of her Mobile home and was very impressed at first, they talked a good talk. We ordered the home and when it arrived and they got the check from the finance company they were through with us. We had water coming in from the fire place from a missing flue pipe, water leak in the kitchen, no sewer hook up in the master for a week after we moved in, paint was missing on walls, pieces of siding missing on the gables, on and on. After fighting with them for two months, they finally sent one person to come over to start fixing items. Now it has been 3 1/2 months and we still have not gotten our screen door installed that was in our agreement, dryer ducting is 4" coming out of the floor below the home and they attached 3" bath flex on it with tape. first of all it is a fire hazard and second, it has fallen off. Also, our outside water faucet was cut off and never reattached.
