I have been to many Ross Stores but all stores you will find something negative not just Ross Stores. I like Ross Stores because of their inexpensive prices and I find things that I like for home mostly; for clothing (sometimes); I wish they don't have to carry those XS sizes because most of us are not in those sizes so it's just waste of space and I bet they don't get sold. I wish they would categorize the clothing and be more organized though. Some employees are nice and some are rude too but you find these types of people everywhere not just at Ross Stores. I would recommend though that since it's a retail and sells clothing; the employees should dress more appropriately with taste and wear their make up in a subtle way. Wal-mart employees dress code is actually disgusting and pathetic when the company is worth billions. I find the grocery stores employees uniforms or dress codes more appropriate.

You r all haters, rude mean customers come in the store and r a..holes to the employees that r trying to do there jobs. I don't come to your job and tell you what to do so f.k Off and leave us alone. Stop calling on the phone and expect us to do the shopping for you lazy fat f..

I like this store but this one lady who works there (who is the bigger/fat lady) is RUDE and SNOBBY. Do not like her. They're also not very helpful. But I love the cheap stuff I find!

Store is not set up very well. Clothes are all mixed. Not easy to find what you are looking for. And the checkout area isn't clearly marked I felt like a hampster in a maze. And one of the cashiers very rude. This was my first time to the store I may not be back
