      Don't come thirsty or hungry... it may take you awhile to get served. I've been going to Bent River for some time now and the service has declined to the point I won't be going back. Busy or not it seems the waiters, bartenders figure you'll wait for a good beer. The last several times I've been there, I felt as if I was invisable. My last visit I was there 10 minutes before I decided to walk out! Their food quality has also declined... granted they have good beer but lately it seems ALL businesses have forgotten you have to have GREAT customer service no matter how good your product is!
