I agree with everything the last review said, the only thing is when I did move out of there it did take the max amount of days I was told to get my deposit back, but I did get my deposit back! We are actually moving back to the apartments, thats how comfortable and quiet it was there...just wish they had 2 bedroom apartments...

while living at this location, i had no problems and it was a pleasant place to live. the grounds are always maintained and if there was a maintenance problem, it was quickly resolved. i always paid my rent on time every month and upon moving out, cleaned the apartment from top to bottom. after going through the checklist with the maintenence person upon move out, i was told i would receive my full deposit back. by law, the apartment has 22 days to get your deposit to you - to date it has been 54 days and still haven't gotten the deposit back. i've made repeated calls to the apartment and although the manager filling in has been helpful, i've gotten no direct answer to when i will get the deposit back, nor have i gotten an address or phone number of the owner so that i can contact them directly. i am still currently getting the run-around, so beware if you move in that you may find yourself in the same position and never receive your deposit back despite being a perfect tenant.
