I have been working here for just over 3 years now. I have seen things change for the better. The manager Babette Bowen, has worked hard to maintain the building.The residents there feel safe since she has became manager.She goes above and beyond her call of duty to make sure it stays this way.I personally have never seen a manager go out of her way to do the things she does.Many tenants appreciate her and I myself as well.

Babette has made it possible for the Seniors that live the feel safe enough to come out of their homes ,and will do what is necessary to keep it that way.She has also seen to it any repairs or pest control needs are met.She has turned this place into a livable building ,instead of flophouse prior managers allowed it to become . She has gone abve and beyond any apartment manager that I have ever known of .All I can say is come see for yourself. Usually those who are writing bad reviews are those that have created problems and are spiteful.

This place is INFESTED with BED BUGS! The manager on site is running 'move in' specials and not disclosing the poor living conditions. BEWARE! Babette will rake advantage of you and lie to your face.
