The staff at Advance America on E. Orangeburg and Oakdale in Century Center strip mall are so nice and very knowledgeable and made the process very easy and less stress at a time of high stress in my life! Thank you guys so much for your help and being so nice!

The food at Ridgway's is exceptional. The cook Jesus is always coming up with great daily specials. You can get corned beef and cabbage every Tuesday. The cooks are very accomodating and will create anything you want (within reason and time allowing) when you ask. Most of the food servers are great....some of them have been there as long as the restaurant.

The manager, Anne is always there and wearing a smile. She's been there over 20 years so in just that being said it should tell you how the food and atmosphere are.

I do agree that the place can use a good cleaning, especially the bathrooms, (gross) but that doesn't stop me from enjoying the good food and people.

Ridgway's is an icon in Modesto. The place has withstood a lot of trials and tribulations this town has endured and is still standing.

Give it a try.....I recommend Jesus' "special" pork chops...they pack a punch of heat

a nice place to take the kids and grab a sandwich and some great ice cream.
