Did not like at all. They get your car in the back and tear it apart and then tell you a lot of stuff that is wrong with it. Seems like they know that you can't get it and drive it away until let them fix it. They really are not very good mechanics. I had to take mine to someone else to fix the mess they made. And you can't even talk to the mechanic. He just sends messages through the secretary. Very unfair.

I have used Osborne Tire & Auto 3 times. I don't like the fact we are not given the opportunity to speak the mechanic. The 'message' is passed on to the front desk staff in which is passed on to us...the consumer. I first experienced this at Osborne's and was quite surprised. It is close to home, so I went along with it. Also, it isn't easy to schedule a simple oil change after work, because they won't accept anyone after 5pm. Those hours aren't too friendly to the common worker.

They have the frinedlist employees and have always been honest with me. I would recommend them to any and everyone I know. They go out of their way to make sure that my vehicle is safe for my children and me. Ana
