Unbelievable service for a small town, we went there Sunday to find out they had a buffet, not pricey for the food that you get. We mingled with some locals next to our table and they said the place has professional workers too every weekend from teacher to hospitals committee. I'm empress

this is the place where we had a prime rib buffet. very, very, very good! thank you, that was unforgetable meal.

On our next foray into the town of Mobridge, SD we tried out The Grand Oasis, a locally owned steak house on main street that featured Black Angus Steaks & Prime Rib and has a liquor license. It is about as upscale as one could find in Mobridge and was highly recommended by the natives. In fact when talking to the natives about a place to eat it was always first out of the gate. It was lunch time and the place was busy, I ordered a Prime Rib Sandwich w/Fries ($7.50), Jan ordered a breakfast served all day: Three Egg Omelet w/Hash Browns ($5.50). My Prime Rib Sandwich was actually a thin slice of Prime Rib Roast that had been heated in a pan, served in a bun, the meat hanging out on all sides and came with a cup of au juice for dipping. It was quality meat and very tasty. The fries were equally good. Jans Three Egg Omelet looked big enough for two, she finished every bit without comment.
