This is my families regular spot to go,we love the people and the good!
We are treated like family and the egg flour soup is amazing as well as the sushi and curry dishes!

I was very disappointed in this place. The sushi is overpriced. Rolls that cost around $5 at most restaurants cost between $8-9 here and then you have the more expensive $10-12 rolls. This is not a cheap place to eat. The sushi chef prepared my roll first and left the raw fish sitting out while he went into the kitchen and prepared my husband's meal, which is a huge no no. When our food finally arrived, it was nothing to write home about. It was bland and was not prepared how the menu described it. Definitely not worth the price tag. Food aside, the service wasn't that great. As mentioned earlier, the sushi chef was also the main chef and there was only one server who spent most of her time on her ipad. I would say Sushi 9 is in the bottom 3 sushi places I've ever eaten at.

This restaurant is a small, yet cozy little nook near Target on Schillinger Road. It's beautifully decorated inside and has a great sushi bar to sit at. Now to the sushi; it is AMAZING! I can personally recommend the Roll Tide roll, Shrimp Lovers roll, Volcano roll, and Rainbow roll. After eating quite a lot of sushi around Mobile I would say, without doubt, that this is the best sushi I have had in this area! The owner is from South Beach, Florida and puts a wonderful spin on sushi. Of course they also have Thai food menu items that sound tasty as well, but I can only attest to the sushi being THE BEST!
