I recieved a letter supposely from jim barnes apoligize for poor service in robertdale alabama thats all fine but what about my 1.50 refund for that room temp un drinkable coffee I would not care about the money but for sure its the principle on this one patricular store they knew beyond a doult that coffee was cold but served it anyway knew we was traveling and would not come in to complain

everytime i go to one of his mcdonalds my food is either cold or wrong . to make matters worse i went to his store in theodre, al and received raw chicken nuggets for my two year old. dont go to any of his stores i wish i could not give him any stars he hires employess that are rude and un professional
