BAD BUSINESS!!!!! IF YOU WANT TO WAIT WEEKS AFTER YOU PAY FOR FURNITURE TO GET IT J & J IS THE RIGHT PLACE!!!!!The worst place to do business with. I purchased several things from them service was not bad the salesmen were friendly but thats their job they should be. It's waiting months on furniture to come in. yo pay ur money then u just wait with no phone call to say anything. when it's time for your furniture to be delivered they don't call. u have to just keep calling them to see when they will have your stuff an when they will bring it.you pay $100 just for delivery. they dont do a free delivery due to you waiting for your furniture for a month. they show no care or customer service what so ever once you have bought from them. the only reason I went back to them is because a bought a love seat to match an i wanted it to be a part of the same set. They do finance but intrest is high. I will NOT DO business with them if you want good service in a timely fashion.

Purchased a recliner and a dining room table Nov. Recliner was in stock but table had to be ordered. Well its January 31 and still no table! This place is ridiculous! No way I'd buy anything else from this place or recommend it to anyone. How they stay in business is beyond me so people stay clear of this s..t hole!!!
J&J sold me a so called leather sofa. Within a year it had started cracking. I found out that it was mostly vinyl, not leather. They refused to fix it. I will never do business with them again!
