If you want to be treated well, do not patronize this store! Our experience was terrible from start to finish. The entire wedding party was treated rudely, especially the bride. Bridesmaid's were charged different prices, they arrived only 2 weeks before wedding instead of when they were promised...we were warned NOT to use their alteration department! Owner and daughter are both patronizing and went to the same charm school. I have yet to meet anyone who has had a good experience here. The good reviews I have read had to be posted from their own staff... Couldn't possibly be from someone who has really dealt with this shop!
This is where I go when I need a gown. I wouldn't think of going anywhere but I Do Bridal. We have purchased numerous gowns for numerous occasions. Bridal gowns, prom gowns, Mother of the Bride dresses, you name it. Bonnie has the gift of knowing what dress is meant especially for you, once you try it on you know it's the one. I've dealt with her for years and sent numerous friends her way. This is the shop to go to if you want that special one of a kind dress!

Would not recommend to anyone! Save yourself hardship and crying brides. If you want your dress to come in 7days before the wedding and not take it home till the thursday before the wedding and still pay for alterations and a neck like changing fee which was never mentioned before than go for it. Bonnie was impossible to work with everytime you talk to her its how stressed out she is, she wouldn't tell you anything but it will be here. You open your mouth and she interupts and says it will be here. no plan "B" no other options just sit there and twiddle your thumbs and hope your dress makes it.
