Went into the store with my note 3, rep did not ask did I have a bill with the previous carrier, I did not know that I could not go to a prepay carrier, I paid $92 to start service with simple mobile, after I paid the rep for service then she tell me that my phone was on the block list, she was very rude with me, I as for a refund since I was not going to be able to use the phobe she then tell me it not the service it your phone, I explain to the rep if I new that I was not going to be able to get the service I would have never paid $92, then She said you can get another phone but no refund, she then said you should know your phone that not her job.

This store on Airport Blvd. is completely unprofessional and are inefficient. They will have you wait for hours and will not fix or repair the phone. While on the clock, they will sit and listen to the phone ring without answering, then they will lie and tell customers things that are untrue. They will say they can repair a phone and then give you the run around about repairing the phone.
