I took my barely used John Deere lawn tractor to them because it was vibrating excessively. They told me it wasn't prepared properly by one of their competitors before I bought it (new). I paid them to correct everything. When I got it back, it was still vibrating. They said it was normal. I then discovered they had cracked the front headlight. I took it back and they replaced it. One year later, the tractor (still barely used) won't start. I went to them with it because they're pretty much the only JD repair shop in town. I left it there over 3 weeks ago. I called after 2 weeks to see if it was ready and they said no. (3 weeks???) I can smell a major foul up coming. If I can, I'm going to take my mower to a repair shop in Mississippi. Perhaps they're more professional there. I would not recommend purchasing equipment or service from this establishment.
