I went to this Gamestop to purchase a PSP for my 8 yr old son for Christmas. I drove 109 miles to get there because every other location had sold out of the PSP holiday bundle due to Black Friday. The Gamestop website showed that they still had the PSP in stock. So I called and got one of their salesman, Galen, who held the game system for me until I got there. The staff was courtesy and very professional. The showed excellent customer service! Thanks to the Gamestop in Moberly my son will have an excellent Christmas! Thank you! :)

I bought a couple of used games from them and was told that if they do not work to bring them back and they would give me an even swap. I tried to return 2 of the games I bought because they did not work and was told that I would not get full store credit even though I had my receipt. The man that was working there acted like I was lying to him when I told him my PS2 told me that the disc of one of the games was erased. He looked at the games and said they both looked fine and that he had never heard of such an error. Instead of offering to let me exchange price for price another game. He told me that he would give me a store credit of $7.00 when I paid $11.98 for both games. They have lost my business.
