The Clark County Fire Department provides a range of fire protection and 24-hour emergency services. It offers inspection services to eligible contractors, including checking of new hydrant and sprinkler systems, as well as scheduled inspections. The department has more than 600 firefighters at over 25 stations and maintains a fleet of response vehicles, including ladder trucks and tankers. The Clark County Fire Department provides fire inspection services for homes and buildings. It features and investigation division that takes requests for investigation reports, rescue teams and a hazardous materials response team. The department also operates two volunteer stations in Moapa, Nev.
