Spanish Valley Vineyard and Winery specializes in single-vineyard estate-bottled wines. That means from the growth of the grapes, through fermentation and bottling, we handle the entire process at this single location. Our wine never leaves our Moab property until it is 100% bottled, packaged, and ready for you! The dry rocky Moab earth makes for delicious white German-varietal wines. The vineyard dates back more than 40 years when it was a Utah State University agricultural experiment initiated to determine whether grapes could be a cash crop that could help bolster the local economy as uranium mining was becoming less profitable. We offer tastings, sales, tours, and can host your special event.
