With one of it locations in Moab, Utah, Four Corners Community Behavioral Health specializes in substance abuse and mental health assessments, intensive outpatient programs, psychiatric evaluations and youth job preparation. It operates an Interact Club House that features work-ordered day, job placement and educational development opportunities for consumers with mental illness. The center also offers summer job programs and internships. Four Corners Community Behavioral Health maintains a skilled staff of nurses and physicians. It additionally provides group therapy, individual counseling, alcohol prevention, case management, mentoring and radio programming services.
