WOW. I got a rude dude on the 800 line. what attitude he had. I was trying to be polite and he was barking at me as if I owed HIM money. If that's the kind of attitude they have, I don't WANT or NEED their service. Then I called the 800 number back and I got put on hold for over 28 mins then I hung up. RIDICULOUS NWE.

I was on hold so long that I gave up. That is ridiculous. When I worked for Northwestern Public Service, each office answered their own phone calls, and customers were taken care of right away! Your 'call center' idea is stupid and just makes everyone have to wait.
