Crossroads of Western Iowa, also known as CWI, is a private, nonprofit organization that provides day, vocational, employment and residential services for individuals with various disabilities. It offers a range of community integration and employee development and planning services. The organization also operates several housing apartments for low-income individuals with disabilities.
