Rocky Creek wants people to pay very high prices for things that they really do not have the money for! They want $4000-$6000 for Invisalign trays, and they say that insurance won't pay for things like that. People don't have that kind of money. Rocky Creek just lost another customer! I felt like I was being taken advantage of and I do NOT like that. Plus, for the past few times I went, I did NOT GET TO SEE THE MAIN DENTIST! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I hate it when dentists, or in my case, dental ASSISTANTS try to push things on me. They told me that I needed an Invisalign tray, without consulting with me. They didn't even ask permission. All they did was come up to me with a clipboard and a pen and said "You need an Invisalign tray." They could have suggested one, but don't shove it in my face! That's how they lose customers!
