NO STARS! Definitely go there if you like to be ignored when you desperately need something. The experience is especially memorable if you are in great pain and you need the pharmicist's attention but she can't be bothered even though there are NO CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE! I thought she was deaf because she even acted like she didn't hear my greeting. She took my money last week when I bought an expensive prescription but suddenly she was deaf and blind when I needed her to sign my insurance form. I was told to come back later despite the fact that THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE! I guess I know now whay no one else shops there. I took my business to another competitor since then rather than subject myself to more abuse. The clerk at the other pharmacy told me several horror stories from other customers who will also never set foot in Glenn Lakes Pharmacy again. It takes so little effort to treat people with respect. What a shame.
