Do not bother getting a scheduled Pick Up they wont even knock on your door. UPS driver just leaves a note and calls it an attempt without even trying to ring the bell or knock or call!!And I have it on video.

Our normal driver Jeff is GREAT inews Stevensville, MT.. Very nice, professional and extremely helpful as well as courteous. Wish they were all like him!Whenever we have a fill in like today very unimpressed. I believe his name was Chris and he was unhappy about being on that truck. Apparently our package was tagged and ended up on another truck. As I was talking to him telling him it was not a big deal and we can wait til tomorrow, he picked up phone to voice several complaints in my driveway as I stood at bottom of his steps. Very unprofessional. I have my own at home business and ship with you all the time. If I had to deal with guys like him all the time ugh I would go to the post office. Thank goodness for JEFF.Maybe you should have these guys work on customer service and being polite and courteous to customers.Also tried to call to talk with supervisor on your customer service line but waited about 20 minutes so I hung up! Real disappointed. Wish I could have talked to someone pwrsonally.

Thanks to all of the workers at 1-800 UPS and the Missoula Customer Service Center for getting my package to me timely. I had to work late on the delivery date and had no one to be there for pick up. I also would have to bus and walk after work to get my package the next day. But good O'L UPS got my package to me- inside my building-safe and sound. Thanks again out there to all those hard working men and women for your quick response to a customer problem. ;) xo

I received a package sent through UPS And it was really beat up. Bad service!I would have given no stars but they make you give at least one.
