This laundry mat is a regular laundromat. The facility is fine, and I have had great interactions with the employees. The owner, however, has lost my respect and my business. My boyfriend brough in a gi top (martial arts uniform) to shrink in a dryer. He wet the gi top in the sink there (the top was brand new so there was no need to wash it), and when he started walking the top to the dryer the owner proceeded to yell at him, telling him the top was too wet to put in a dryer... weird, but whatever. My boyfriend took the top outside, spun it around and dried it off a little, then walked it back inside to attempt to shrink it. The owner then yelled at him again, telling him he couldn't come into his place, wash his things in the sink and dry it. Even after my boyfriend explained to him what he had been doing, the owner was still obnoxiously rude. We have done two loads of laundry a week there for months, but we will never go back there again because of that man's horrible customer service and obnoxious attitude. We recommend you take your laundry elsewhere, even if this location is convenient.
