My focus is on helping people identify and explore what is important and meaningful to them, and to increase happiness and overall satisfaction in life. I offer a compassionate, caring, safe environment to explore thoughts and feelings and to work toward resolving issues that are creating a barrier to a healthier, happier life. I am open to exploring all aspects of the human experience, including spiritual, psychological, mental, and physical.
