i recently had some body work done to my Toyota Tundra ,
the ,work and over all experince was just exceptional ,i was included all along in the journy of getting the work done it was great ,they called and talked to me evry step of the way ,by the front desk and also the body shop and all work done i was in the loop thank you once agian to the staff and technitions of Ricks Autobody thank you !!!!!
They are dishonest and will charge you more in the end. They gave me a quote in the beginning and once they found out what my insurance company was giving me they changed their quote. I am also an out of towner and a disabled vet so they took advantage of that. I wish I had went with Blue Ribbon as my insurance company recommended but I had already committed to Rick's. USAA told me that they plan on not using this body shop in the future and since they didnt have a contract with them that they were unable to help me. Dewey is not to be trusted. I always loved the town of Missoula, MT and had a incident with a vehicle while driving to my next duty station back in 2002 and the Ford dealership warrantied some work for me even tho they didnt need to. They support the military. I will not let this bad company cast a shadow on this great town. Please feel free to message me with any questions about how they took advantage of me and my family. I tried to work it out with them and am consulting a lawyer but I dont wanna continue dealing with the stress they have caused me. I just dont want others to find themselves in the same situation. Only way to try to prevent such behavior in the future is to get the word out about unfair business practices. "WARNING" Stay away from this company. Will take advantage of anything they can. Took my car in after I was rear-ended on Russell. Everyone there is very polite and friendly, even though you can tell they're pretty constantly stacked up. So yes, Willy Z., my car was there for a few weeks - but it was worth it! Got it back looking brand new, as they had even given the inside a deep cleaning and detailing! I was ecstatic about that! They almost require you to look the repair work over to see if there's anything they missed. I noticed the trunk lid wasn't 100% flush, so they said bring it in Monday and they would do a quick adjustment. Did just that and they were as good as their word. No fuss, no muss :)
Rick's Auto Body told me it was going to be done on Friday but they were done with my car a day early! Somebody had hit my car so I needed to fix it. At Rick's Auto Body , they fixed my dent and I also had them fix a few extra things such as the tire wells and back panel. Rick's Auto Body is also extremely accommodating: they called the rental car company, and set a date by which to do the job. Their price was reasonable. They called me back on time. I don't have anything negative to say about my experience with Rick's Auto Body. They're great and very reasonable!

Rick's Auto Body has been the worse car experience I have ever had and its not even done yet. Long story short DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
My car has been in for 3 full weeks. They ordered the wrong hood 3 different times then when the right one came in they let it sit there the whole day and didn't do anything with it; their excuse was we had other cars to get out the door today. When I asked how many had been in for 3 weeks they didn't give me an answer. Once they finally had the right hood, got it painted and on the car they said I needed a new airbag system and that it was going to take another 4-7 days. When I asked why they just now found out they said the car had to be put together for them to know. At this point this has been more then a significant road bump in my car world and I am now considering taking legal action as I am now likely to miss work and school because of their laziness. After reading this I hope that you do not take your car here as I would not want anyone to go through the situation I have been in for the past 3 weeks.
My daughter backed my car into a dumpster after pulling out of a driveway at a home she was babysitting. Although she claimed to have been going only “5 miles per hour, tops” it left a huge dent in my trunk and chipped the plastic off the light cover in the back. Also, my poor Civic emblem was only a Civ now. I guess the “ic” fell off the ground but my daughter picked it up. I took it to Rick’s Auto Body to see what they could do. I dropped off my car on a Tuesday, and by that Thursday afternoon they said it was ready. I couldn’t believe it. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my car, it was like new. The paint was flawless, and they even replaced the Civic emblem. Great job, and will come back for any other needs, but hopefully not.
Had my car body work fixed here, it was all a smooth process, everything under one roof was cool too. When I got the car back it was like I never wrecked it, except for a headlight blemish. I pointed it out and they fixed it right then. Very pleased with the work. Their work and service is top notch.
I've dealt with Rick before and will always gladly go to his shop. Great work every time.

The work is flawless. They really take pride in what they do. It doesn't seem like it's just a job for the people who work there. They even called me even before my insurance company did. Kept me posted throughout the week, they are just excellent at what they do!
I went based on a friends' recommendation after rear-ending someone, just to get my front bumper secured. Not only was the service fast and friendly, but they waived the cost of the 10 min it took them to bolt the bumper back in place. I will definitely go back if I ever need anything else, these guys ROCK!!!
