I feel guilty that I was unaware I could rate this counselor until curiosity finally had me googling her name. I was treated by Berglund for depression as a teen, and she was the best therapist I could have asked for. Even then, she came highly recommended, which is why my parents brought me to her. She has incredible compassion and insight. She basically solved all of my problems that were within her power to solve but, as a teen who was unfamiliar with a therapist's role, I just took it for granted that she went so far beyond the call of duty. Her advice had me making much wiser decisions for the course of my life, avoiding a path I would have later regretted. I was so amazed by how knowledgeable she was that I continued to learn as much as I could about psychology, afterwards. I found Myers Briggs temperament theory particularly helpful. So I now write this review as a happy, confident, successful and very different adult than I ever could have become without her help.
