      On Tuesday August 13, 2013, my niece found a distressed bird in the Garden Center that was either poisoned or injured! A clerk at the store said it was probably poison since they are trying to poison the pigeons which are deemed a problem of theirs! The clerk put outside of Lowe's on the lawn to die! Poison is inhuman, painful, and poisoned dead birds become a poison to cats or other animals who survive on birds! The SPCA or Missoula Animal Control should be included to advise. Regardless, this inhuman killing has to stop!
