I used to have chronic low back pain. Deborah figured out what was going on and, through her terrific work, I have had no recurrance of the pain for several years. I have seen Deborah for other issues and she always impresses me with her knowledge of the body and ability to track down underlying issues.

I have had experience with rolfing and deep tissue massage. I find both of these techniques effective for reducing muscle pain. I do believe rolfing had longer-lasting effects and it seemed to improve my muscular range of motion more than deep tissue massage. I wanted to try something new because I have some spinal curvature and back pain. Massage work and chiropractic have been beneficial for reducing pain, but it seems to only alleviate my symptoms instead of solve my problems. When I found out about St. John Method of Neuromuscular Therapy, I was rather interested. I was referred from a friend. I can confidentally say that Deborah's massage work has helped me far more than all the other massage work I've had combined. I've know Deb for over 15 years (or has it been 20?). She is very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. When she moved to CA for a short time, I was forced to seek out other massage therepists.. NONE could hold a candle to her. Now that she is back in Missoula, I am very happy. I could not recommend her more.
