      I am a Certified General Appraiser with almost 30 years appraisal experience. I began appraising in 1986 and have extensive experience throughout the southland. I provide appraisals of Single Family Homes, Condos, Townhouses and 2 to 4 Unit Residential Income Properties, of any price range and complexity. I currently serve all of Orange County and parts of San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties. Reasons to obtain an appraisal include: Purchase/Sale of Real EstateInvestmentMarket Value ReconciliationMarriage DissolutionProperty Tax AppealProbateRelocating Fees start at $250 for an exterior only inspection and $350 for a full inspection of Single Family Residences, Condos and Townhouses. $600 for 2 to 4 Residential Income Properties. Fees increase depending on complexity and value range.
