The customer service is really bad! My order was wrong and after driving back to the location the staff wanted to debate with me over the burnt food and missing ingredients that I payed for. The Manager never once came to speak to me and when I got home for the second time my bacon potato wedges were still burnt. After receiving my new order the cashier tried to tell me that the onions were normally placed between the two patties, the funny part is there is only one pattie on a sirloin burger! Not to mention that telephone number listed on the receipt and website goes to a fax line. The employees kept communicating to one another in Spanish saying how the onions were on the burger and that the wedges weren't burnt not knowing that I also speak Spanish and understood what they were saying! The food and service was terrible and I nor my staff will never eat at this location again. It is sad because our office is so close by. I called customer service and complained aswell.
