I got a smokin' deal on a '98 BMW 740iL, but it had a quarter-sized rock pocket in the widshield. After checking Scott's website I felt confident he could repair it while it was still in the shop getting serviced and cleaned up. I never met Scott. We handled everything by phone - even payment. When I went to pick up the car I was hard-pressed to find where the damage was. I knew it was in the lower passenger's side, but I had to look real close when the sun and reflections were just right.
