I asked to drop off the enterprise car to Los Angeles international airport, after three weeks renting with the branch in Mission Viejo. Unfortunately, I left my garage open key in that car after my flight off to Orlando, Florida. I called both branch of Entrrprise at LAX and Mission Viejo to claim the key lost. A week later, they still could not find out the garage open key..................

I asked for a small SUV (like a RAV4) and ended up with a Kia Sedona (minivan). Im definitely NOT a minivan type, but by the end of my (4 day) trip, I barely noticed! It actually wasn't bad at all. It was roomy and it even had a little get up and go!

BEST of all, the GREAT service from the team at this Enterprise store, MORE than made up for it!! I highly recommend this rental company.

I rent from the Mission Viejo Via Fabricante location very frequently. They are the best. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this location. They are always happy to answer any questions and always call to make sure my experience was satisfactory.
