- Primary CareI am posting this for my husband Steve. Dr. Adamson is a very good and caring doctor. He really listens to his patients and shows that he cares about them. My husband first went to see Dr. Adamson after his primary care physician suggested he see a specialist when his knee pain was not subsiding after several months since the initial onset. Dr. Adamson physically checked my husband's knee and listened carefully to my husband's story as to how the injury ocurred. He then ordered an MRI and was able to identify that my husband had an insufficiency fracture and a slightly torn meniscus. Dr. Adamson is very conservative and not eager to perform surgery unless necessary. He monitored my husband's condition for a little over half a year. Only when we all became convinced that the healing of the insufficiency fracture, which often heal on their own, had plateaued and was no longer improving, did we decide on surgery. Every step of the way, Dr. Adamson carefully explained the options and the possible outcomes. The outpatient arthroscopic surgery went incredibly smooth. My husband experienced relatively little pain and only needed to take Tylenol for about a week. Dr. Adamson filled the insufficiency fracture with calcium phosphate and he trimmed the minor meniscus tear. The four small incisions completely healed without leaving any scars. My husband's knee is now very sound and he once again has full confidence going up and down stairs, etc. Dr. Adamson believes that this surgery will most likely assure that my husband will not need an artificial knee sometime in the future. You cannot go wrong seeing Dr. Adamson at Community Orthopedic Medical Group.
- Emergency CareI want to thank the team at COMG for their exceptional service! Rather than having me go the emergency room and wait for hours to be evaluated and treated for a cut on my hand needing stitches, they were able to squeeze me in to see them in their office and get me out the door in a very reasonable time. What a relief that was! From Judy getting me worked in to the schedule, to the staff at the front desk who checked me in (and surprised me by hand-delivering my insurance card back to me while I sat in the waiting area), to Andrew who roomed and bandaged me, to Charles who treated me, to Nicki, Bonnie and the others, you were all amazing. Thank you so much for your great care and service. Everyone was kind, friendly, professional, and compassionate. You put a positive spin on what otherwise would have been a drawn out and delayed and frustrating experience. My hand and I truly appreciate and thank you!

- Hand SurgeryI've been treating with various physicians at Community Orthopedic Medical Group since 1999. I love that most of he doctors specialize, dividing the practice literally by which part of my body needed attention. I've used one physician for back surgery, another for hand surgery, and another when I broke a few toes. Having a physician that specializes on specific parts of the body has I believe provided me with the best of the best in times of need. Who can know everything about everything? This is why I have, and will continue to use Community Orthopedic Medical Group for my Orthopedic needs. Additionally, my husband has had hand, knee and rotator cuff surgeries using COMG as well with equally excellent outcomes.
