Had a rabbit with a common abscess. So common that I had a rabbit there the year previously with same issue. (Totally cost approx $500.) Bring my second rabbit and they accidentally neutered him. I was told that the vet did it because the first rabbit had been neutered. Because of this major mistake, the receptionist just handed me his cage and sent me out the door after surgery because the vet was too afraid to meet face to face. Not too afraid to charge me for it though. No consult about surgery, no follow up phone call and no post op checkup. All of which I received for the 1st rabbit and $500. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for anything. Very unprofessional. I was on chemo and not in the right state to pursue. Just happy to get my pet back.
