Collision Masters!!
Horrible service!! No professionalism whatsoever!! You have to call continueously in order to get follow up on your car. Then they hang up on me. Worst thing is insurance has already paid them and they've had my car for 3 months. ���������������� Channel 5 here I come!

Great Customer Service and Showroom look after repair

Repairs on my car were professional and it was very hard to find any evtidence that my car had received a nasty dent on its rear quarter panel. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a repair or simply wants to restore a vintage vehicle. I just got my car broken into yesterday and I am going to call my insurance company to find out if they can become an approved repair facility. Either way I am taking it there to get fixed.

Not Very Honest

I had my car repaired at this location after a front driver side collision. I own a 2002 Saturn - which had already been paid off by the time of the accident, but I still maintained full coverage insurance on the vehicle. I know that there was some sort of dollar limit that could not be exceeded in order for the car to be repaired and not totaled. I also know that the value of car does not exceed $4700.

To continue, this body shop was approved to fix my car with repairs totaling approx $4000.00. Upon completion of the repairs on the car the total increased to approx. $4500 to 4600. So it was close to being a totaled vehicle. Several months later I notice lots of odd noises coming from the front end and after taking it to a Saturn dealership, thinking it has something to do with the U-joints, I'm told that the cradle of the car was completely bent and wearing onto the sway bar on the passenger side of the car. I was also told this was from the cause of a large impact. I knew immediately that this was from the original accident because I had not been involved in any other impacts with the car. Collision Masters failed to fix the car how it should have properly been fixed. I don't believe they are honest because if they had informed my insurance company that there was another repair to be made, my insurance company would have decided to total my car...and Collision Master's would have lost out on money.

I don't recommend this company. Now I am stuck with a car that doesn't work properly and no money to invest in a new one. Makes me wonder why I had full coverage to begin with...

INSURANCE COMPANIES MAKE DECISIONS TO TOTAL YOUR VEHICLE NOT THE SHOP, WE WORK OFF OF YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY'S ESTIMATE. I HAVE 28 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN COLLISION REPAIR FROM PAINTING TO BODY AND FRAME.
