We were having problem with our heating system. Called and scheduled appt with company. They came out when the said they would and took care of problem. I had several companies out prior and they had all misdiagnosed the problem.

This was one of the best companies we ever dealt with. Very professional and knowlegable. We had other contractors in but they were unable to solve our problem. Vic Trippel diagnosed almost imediately and resolved our issues.

This was the worst company that ever did a job for me. A huge rip-off. And it took forever for them to fix the problem. Work, so far, seems to be done well, but I feel taken advantage of. If you can, find some other service.

My beef with them is that they came out on a Home Warranty contract service call. I paid them cash, the technician wrote out the receipt saying I had paid in cash and now I am getting bills from the Home Warranty company because this company is saying I didn't pay. I have faxed them a copy of the invoice. See what happens. Work was fine, only a stoppage problem.

This company is AWEFUL. Do not expect satisfactory service from them at all. If something goes wrong (which in our case it was an incorrect installation of a water heater causing a carbon monoxide leak - thank goodness for detectors) they will not take blame for it. Oh, and did I mention the fact that it leaked water everywhere and they didn't take the heat for that either...they just wanted to collect from us for something that wasn't done in the first place! Seriously, think twice before dealing with these awful people.
