I went to Reggio's for my first and FINAL time on 4/24/09. A friend of mine were there, ORDERED food, ate, and were talking. At one point a person working there came up and asked us to leave because they needed our table for another party. She said, "we would have put you somewhere else or told you earlier but we didn't think you'd still be here after 2 hours." I'm sorry - I gave your company BUSINESS!!! I have a right to stay if I choose to do so. They didn't even offer to place at another table, just pretty much told us we had to leave. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN and will be sure to pass on to others to not go there either. VERY VERY poor customer service. A -1000 (negative one thousand) rating from me!!!!
