This place is awful. Julie is very rude and does not know how to run a business. She has cut my pet a few times. First time I let it go second time I said something to her and she got very loud and started yelling at me. No way to treat a customer. I refuse to go back. I would not trust her with your pet. The place is very dirty. Stay away if you love your pet.

Usually runs much later than she says. Does a great job grooming, but the last two times there doubted she bathed my dog but said she did. Can get irritated over nothing. Wouldn't use her other than with the half off coupon.

I don't know what those.other two people are talking about I have been going to Julie for 6 years now and she has always been wonderful with us and our dogs she does great work and always tries to get my dogs done on time I would be worried if she wasn't busy but the business is just ran by her and her daughter like i said always great customer service on my end here

Worst experience ever. The office is disgusting and dirty. Animals are not properly crated. I thought she was going to break my dogs leg when she was frantically trying to dry him after I already told her I was coming to pick him up because her attitude on the phone was incredibly rude. I had an appointment that meant nothing, he had been there over 5 hours and was just finally washed when I told her I would come get him. She refused to give me my dog when I got there and continued to work on him, I came very close to calling the police. I've read several reviews all with the same outcome, she freaks out on you when you want an update on your pet. AVOID this place.

I bought a Groupon for a buy one get one bath for my two dogs. The first visit went OK and my dogs were both done in 3.5 hours and fluffy and clean (although very thirsty). I tipped her 25% for her service for each dog. I had another appt today for the FREE bath for my dogs. I dropped them off and did some shopping and when I was done I was going to read in the parking lot rather than drive back home. I stopped in to let her know that I would be just waiting in the parking lot and she went off on me very rudely about how she was here alone and it wasn't like my dogs were little dogs and that they aren't even dry yet. I told her to calm down and that I was just asking and about how long she thought. I told her the last time it was about 3.5 hours which is why I decided to do shopping and wait. She responded very rudely "Well I didn't have 20 dogs to do by myself last time!! Again I told her I was just asking and I left only to get more and more angry thinking if this is how she treats p
