This company might have "Pros" in the name, but don't let that fool you.

I called on Saturday about cleaning my gutters. 'Brad,' no last name or title given, set me up with a quote and scheduled an appointment from 4-6 pm that Monday. I got off work early to be there when they arrived, and they never showed up. I called at least 4 times trying to reach Brad, only to get voicemail. I left a message for a call back, or I'll have to charge back the deposit.

That must have gotten his attention, but not with any urgency. It wasn't until 5:30 pm Tuesday, nearly 24 HOURS LATER, I got a call back. Brad said he had scheduled Wednesday 1-4 pm, which wasn't even an option he gave me when I first called in. He was unapologetic, and wanted to stick with the Wednesday booking. I told him that was unacceptable, and I can be there for 4-6 pm on Wednesday, though I'd have to leave early again from work. Brad was reluctant to schedule for that time, but eventually agreed, saying his men would be there promptly at 4 pm.

Wednesday I come home for lunch at 12:30 pm, when I see a pickup with ladders sitting outside my house and men in my backyard. They had been at my house, unsupervised, since 11 am. That's 3 HOURS before the supposed scheduled time that Brad would've had in the books. My dog luckily didn't run out the gate, since I have a doggy door to my back yard. She was hiding in the basement, making me suspect they might have been less than kind to her.

I called Brad of course, only to get voicemail. He called back right after his crew left the scene, and was apathetic to the entire conversation. A direct quote was, "I mean, we got the job done." Even though they didn't do much cleanup, so be prepared to spend a day afterwards cleaning muck out of your grass and gardens.
