Through our experience, we discovered the need for an integrated solution to address the demands for care required by health plan members being served by the traditional, fragmented, and inefficient homecare service model. We created One Homecare Solutions to provide one, cost-effective solution to serving the growing demand for quality homecare. We have applied our knowledge and improved methods that allow us to fully coordinate care, enhance performance scores and improve overall service.
