This is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. The walls between floors are super thin. That means the upstairs neighbors sound like a herd of elephants and I can hear every word of the downstairs neighbors movies/conversations.

The grounds outside the apartment are filthy. Garbage and cigarette butts are everywhere. No one cares where they throw anything.

You have to share a washer and dryer with three other units. You have to pay $1+ for each wash and $1 for the dryer that doesn’t dry clothes all the way. If you’re gonna have to pay for the use of these things you want them to at least work.

I had an emergency maintenance issue one day and called. Was told they’d send someone out. Five hours later and close to closing no one had come. Called again. Was told that the maintenance guy would be here in five minutes. When he showed up he was great. Told me the girl at the desk had called the apartment owner and that the apartment owner had basically blown it off.

Also. My bathroom constantly smells like weed. I’m not sure if it’s coming from above or below but it’s annoying to be hit in the face with that smell at 8am.

We’re leaving this complex for another as fast as we can get out of here.
